AGM Monday 8th Oct 2018

Dear Parents of Piranha Swimmers, Coaches and Committee Members,

The Piranha Swimming Club will hold their Annual General Meeting (AGM) next Monday 08-Oct-2018 at 8pm - upstairs in the Anvil Inn, Portarlington.

Last year we had our best turn out from parents of swimmers, and we are hoping that parents will engage in greater numbers once again this year.

It is an opportunity for parents to see the challenges faced and the advancements made by the club, and to see the plans for the coming year. It is also an opportunity for parents to give feedback and understand better how the club works.

- Minutes from previous AGM

- Committee Reports : Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer.

- Confirmation of Committee Members for the new season.
