Bungee Swimming in 12ft Garden Pool
During this lockdown and with no access to our pools for training, swimmers and triathletes are coming up with imaginative ways to continue their training.
If you have access to a 12ft pool, you can use a swimming bungee belt tied off to a fixed post of some sort. In the video we have used a Bestway 12ft pool, and with no access to a bungee belt
we decided to DIY one with the use of a bungee cord around the swimmers waist and some tow rope attached to the bungee cord and tied off to a swing set. We thought this might help to give people an idea on what can be done in their own back garden.
